Forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, just enter your email address on the Previous Orders page and we will email you your current password. You can then simply follow the instructions contained within the email (or on the web page) to change your password.  If you would prefer, please call us on 01489 896785 for assistance – we will be happy to help.

Privacy Promise

Our customers’ privacy is of the highest importance to us and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes (we do have to give some contact details to our courier company to help them find your address). Personal information which you have given us during the order process is considered to be fully confidential and is stored on a secure server. We act in accordance with the Data Protection Act at all times.

Transaction Security

We take the security of your payments with us very seriously. We therefore use Sagepay Secure  for card processing and transaction.  If you order on the Internet, your card details are never known by us. If you order by telephone, we hold your details until we process your order and then the information is immediately shredded. You can tell whether a page is secure as 'https' will replace the 'http' at the front of the Sagepay Secure  in your browser address window.

Phishing

Phishing is the practice of sending emails to trick customers into releasing confidential information. We will never ask you to send us personal details via email. If we do need to contact you regarding personal details – we will contact you by ‘phone, or ask you to give us a call.
