Garden Bird Baths

Small, seed-eating garden birds are most in need of fresh drinking water, which is not naturally present in their diet. However all birds require water! It is therefore vital to supply fresh drinking water if you are feeding birds in your garden. Clean regularly with Ark-Klens disinfectant and scrub throroughly to remove algae and faeces ( please see our health and hygiene section for advice about disinfectants )

This pole mounted bird bath fulfills some basic requirements regarding bird bathing - shallow with a non slip surface, and if you place your pole at least 2 metres from cover, the birds will feel more secure and less liable to predator attack.
