Changing your order
If you find that you would like to make changes to an order you have placed with us, we will do our best to accommodate those changes. Please just contact us as soon as you can either by telephoning us on 01489 896785 or dropping us an email to contactus@streetendfeeds.co.uk. We can usually make changes up to 1pm on the day of dispatch – after that time it becomes more problematic for us unless it is a simple addition to your order. The more notice you can give us- the more we appreciate it!

Tracking your order.
We offer a next working day delivery service; for orders received before 1pm Monday- Thursday we dispatch the same day for delivery next day. Friday orders should be received on Monday. This means, that the longest our customers should have to wait for their goods – would be for orders placed on e.g. a Friday evening, which would go out on Monday for Tuesday delivery – i.e. 4 days. For customers in more remote areas ( e.g. the Scottish Highlands ) sorry, but it may take a bit longer to get there but we always do our best!
You should receive an email from our couriers (nick@acclaim-southampton.co.uk) confirming that your goods have been picked up from us and will be delivered the next day. Currently that email states that your goods will be delivered before 4pm, however please note that they deliver up to 6pm so please don’t automatically assume that if you haven’t had it by 4pm is won’t be with you that day. That email also includes details of how to track your order and an easy link to the site.
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
We always hope that your order will arrive perfectly, however in an imperfect world sometimes things do happen to our consignments. If your order hasn’t arrived or arrives incomplete or damaged please let us know as quickly as you can so that we can actively manage the situation to a positive outcome. Sometimes the odd parcel is left behind on a van – if you let us know quickly – we can ask the van driver to turn around. As stated above, you should expect to receive your goods promptly. Please don’t wait too long to let us know you have not received them. Regarding goods damaged in transit, – please accept our apologies and be assured that we will replace these with no quibble. Returns and refunds
We have a no quibble returns policy. We hope you will be happy with your purchases. However if you wish to return goods to us, we will exchange the goods or offer you a full refund. Under the Distance Selling Regulations for purchases online or by ‘phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund, if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. An email is fine. Please return unwanted items in the best possible condition, well packaged, and at your own cost. On receipt of the goods we will refund/replace promptly.
