It's fastest on line
Just go to our website at www.reallywildbirdfood.co.uk for secure ordering. For extra security your credit card details are not held by us but are processed and cleared by Protx so you can be sure of top level security.

It's convenient by phone
You can call us on 01489 896785 during office hours, Monday to Friday. If we are not in the office, we won't be very far away – probably outside packing up birdseed! If the ansaphone clicks in please just leave your name and contact number and we promise to return your call as promptly as we can

It's easy by post
You can post your order together with cheque, postal order or credit/debit card details to; Mrs Lesley Smith, Street End Farm, Bishop's Waltham, Hants, SO32 1FS.
You can download a Printable Order Form ( which you can complete freehand ) from the site here, or you can send us a Catalogue Request - and we will post you a catalogue and a couple of order forms (in case your birds really like the first lot and you come back for more!)

Payment to suit you
Please make cheques payable to The Really Wild Bird Food Company. We also accept VISA, Mastercard and Maestro cards. When paying by card, please remember to quote the expiry date, the security code (last 3 digits on the signature strip on the back of your card) and the issue number in the case of Maestro cards.

Same day dispatch
You won't have to wait long for your order. Orders received before 10.00am will, wherever possible, be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

Free Delivery! Direct to your door We offer free delivery for all orders for seed/peanuts/straights and accompanying feeders, suet, mealworms etc. We have a no signature contract with our courier, so you don't need to be in when your delivery is made. Please just tell us where to leave it when you order. We can deliver to a different UK address (e.g your place of work) at no extra cost to you. If you wish to purchase items, without accompanying seed/peanuts/straights, we will charge a flat rate of £4.85 to cover P&P.

For customers living in Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, we unfortunately have to make a charge for delivery according to this special post code list.

No Quibble Returns Policy We hope you will be totally satisfied with your purchases. If this is not the case, please let us know in writing why, return the items in the original condition within 14 days, and we will replace the item or refund your money in full, whichever you prefer. This is in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.
