Getting Started With Us

Placing Your Order

Once you have found the items you would like to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the check-out process by clicking on the ‘proceed to checkout’ button. You can then go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us which means that your delivery details will be stored and available for use the next time you order with us – this will make ordering faster and easier  Please note – payment card details are NEVER stored on our site; card payments are processed by Sagepay Secure.

Registering also means that your order history will be stored – which is a really handy – you can look back and see what and when you ordered with us. If you opt to register with us – you will be asked to set up a password to access your account.

At checkout you can review and amend your order details on the Order Summary page.

When you are ready to complete your order, click the ‘place order now ‘button. You will be sent a confirmation email with details of your order shortly after we have received it. If you haven’t received this confirmation email within 24 hours or you haven’t received your goods within the expected timelines, please call us on 01489 896785 or email contactus@streetendfeeds.co.uk    

Payment Options

You can pay us by debit or credit card and we are also happy to receive cheques. Debit/credit card payments are transacted through Sagepay Secure. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.

To pay by cheque you can either click on pay by cheque button at checkout and post your order form, together with cheque to  Orders at The Really Wild Bird Food Co. Street End Farm, Bishop’s Waltham, SO32 1FS, or alternatively you can print off a freehand cheque order form complete it by hand and post to us at the same address.

Changing your online details

If you wish to change or update your online account information (including your email address, password or address), simply click here or go to ‘Update My Details’ Then simply enter your email address and password and you will be able to make your changes.

Subscribing or Unsubscribing to our mailing list

If you would like to subscribe to or unsubscribe from our mailing list, then follow the links and fill in your details accordingly.

Managing Out of Stock Situations

In the unfortunate situation where a product(s) is temporarily out of stock – we will mark it as such on the website.  Please contact us to establish a likely re-stocking date. Should you place an order for an item which is out of stock, we will contact you to ask whether you would prefer to wait for your goods as a back-order or be refunded.
